Long before technology became the center of my work, community shaped the way I understood leadership. Neighborhoods taught me that people experience whether their block improves, whether their family has opportunity, whether someone listens and whether promises turn into results.

Brice Leadership for Hope Foundation was created around a simple belief: stronger communities are built by expanding opportunity, supporting young people and helping families move forward.

The goal has never been charity for appearance. The goal is to create opportunity people can use.

Working around young people changes the way you think about time. The question becomes bigger than what can be accomplished today. It becomes what kind of city, neighborhood and opportunity we are leaving for the people coming behind us.
