There’s more to the story than the work.

Family, adventure, travel, curiosity and the moments away from business shape the person behind the companies.

Sometimes perspective comes from getting outside the room.
FAMILY
The most important title isn’t on a business card.

Fatherhood changed the way I think about ambition. Before children, success was easy to measure by what you build, earn or accomplish. Becoming a father adds a different question: what are you leaving behind, and who are you becoming while you build it?
My children remind me that presence matters and business urgency is not always what matters most in life.

The goal is not simply to leave them something. It is to show them what it means to build something.
EXPERIENCE
Curiosity keeps life interesting.

I have always believed there is value in getting outside what is familiar. New environments and experiences beyond my routine create a different kind of perspective — a reminder that the world is larger than meetings, companies and deadlines.

MOVEMENT

I enjoy movement, travel and experiences with a little uncertainty. That is not chasing risk for its own sake. It is being willing to move before every detail is guaranteed — in life and in business.

EXPLORE
Stay curious enough to try something new.
MOVE
Progress usually requires leaving something comfortable behind.
REMEMBER
Life should include moments you actually remember living.

Building companies can consume as much time as you allow. Time away — traveling, family, or simply disconnecting — creates room to think beyond the immediate problem. I have learned that being constantly busy and actually moving forward are not always the same thing.
